When will my order go out?
We ship every Friday via USPS Priority. During busy seasons (product launches, holidays, etc), we ship more frequently throughout the week to stay on top of orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world via USPS Priority. Visit Stripe to see if we ship to your country.
What do you charge for shipping?
USA: We charge a flat fee of $9 per order under 5 lbs. Over 5 lbs. = $15. Canada: We charge a flat fee of $18 for all orders under 3 lbs. Over 3 lbs. = $28. Rest of the World: We charge a flat fee of $28 for all orders under 3 lbs. Over 3 lbs. = $38.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of Washington.
For all orders placed within the state of Washington, a sales tax of 6.5% does apply.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Unfortunately we do not accept PayPal.
Do you have a physical store that I can visit?

My order arrived damaged. What are my options?
Crap! Sorry about that. It happens. Just send us a photo of the damage and we'll exchange your item or give you a full refund.
What is your return policy?
